Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Act as a crucial point of contact between foreign executive leadership and team members, to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication

  2. Managing all aspects of People Operations, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation administration, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management etc.

  3. Spearhead engaging events and initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture, encouraging interaction and collaboration across teams

  4. Working closely with management and team members, role holder to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention

  5. Take charge of managing multiple vendors and budgets for office and facility management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation

  6. Help new team members integrate smoothly by providing the necessary equipment, information, and guidance on company procedures and policies

  7. Be the eyes and ears on the ground and drive change management efforts, championing a positive attitude towards change and leveraging tools and technologies to enhance the overall employee experience

  8. Coordinate and support key initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, employee engagement initiatives, career development plans, and local policy creation and maintenance

  9. Act as a key point of contact to resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment
