Act as a crucial point of contact between foreign executive leadership and team members, to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication
Managing all aspects of People Operations, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation administration, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management etc.
Spearhead engaging events and initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture, encouraging interaction and collaboration across teams
Working closely with management and team members, role holder to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention
Take charge of managing multiple vendors and budgets for office and facility management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation
