• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At most 27 years

• Expertise in Sweater from development to bulk in factory

• Sweaters yarn, Pattern Making, Costing, Quality Control/Audit, Knitting, Linking and Washing, different types of printing & embroidery process, safety issue for kids, testing std (Chemical & Physical), Different Certification

• Extensive knowledge of knit construction, including understanding of knit machinery, familiarity with mills, yarns, gauges, stiches

• Collaborate with buyers as well as vendors’ Design and Merchandising teams to understand style requirements, mood board, and specifications, sample requirements

• Interpret buyer’s mood board & Tech pack and translate them into workable sampling instructions

• Coordinate with knitting, linking, washing, and finishing teams to develop samples

• Ensure accurate execution of technical specifications (measurements, fit, and construction)

• Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiatives to solve problem by sharing information with team leader

• Plan and manage sampling schedules to meet tight deadlines from buyers

• Prioritize styles based on urgency, complexity, or buyer feedback

• Track multiple sample styles simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups

• Conduct initial fit reviews and flag any technical or aesthetic issues

• Maintain clear records of all developments, changes, and buyer feedback

• Follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, yarn, knit down, and mockup, PP/test sample, Top Sample, Shipment sample etc.)
