• Basic understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting, and workmanship

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control procedures

• Ability to identify technical issues related to pattern, garment construction, and finishing

• Good communication skills to work with factories, vendors, and internal teams

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

• Patient and professional when dealing with factory teams

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Conduct PP meeting, first bulk, sewing inline, finishing, and final inspections at factories within the assigned region

• Monitor production quality for formal/ casual blazers, pants, dresses, and other garments

• Ensure all products meet buyer quality standards before shipment

• Handle sample approvals at all stages, including PPS and revised samples

• Evaluate samples for construction, measurements, workmanship, patterns, and fitting (dummy fitting)

• Identify and analyze quality issues related to fabric, pattern, workmanship, and finishing, and recommend corrective actions

• Provide technical support from technical sheet to final seal sample approval

• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and merchandising teams to resolve technical and production issues

• Maintain QC documentation (BIF/ QC files) and prepare technical comments for factories

• Submit daily inspection reports to the QC Manager and monitor showroom sample approval timelines to support on-time shipment
