Job Context

• Zam Zam Spinning Mills Limited, a reputed Textile company in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Production Manager (Factory) for its spinning mills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire production operation of the spinning mill.

• Ensure uninterrupted production flow, achieving maximum output with optimum quality.

• Monitor and control raw material warehouses, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

• Maintain operational efficiency for processing Cotton, PC, CVC, and other blended yarns.

• Provide technical guidance on spinning machinery, maintenance, and production processes.

• Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure customer specifications are met.

• Prepare and present regular production reports and MIS updates to management.

• Ensure that no incident of Lot mix, count mix, or process mix happens in the Mill.

• Maintaining count-wise, machine-wise, mill-wise, and material-wise quality data.

• Any other tasks given by management.
