Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Visit different types of public & private projects to find potential clients.
∎ Explore the untapped market & convert the potential clients to a regular customer.
∎ Ensure & follow up on-time product delivery & site visit while casting.
∎ Monitoring All Collection Procedures.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
∎ Prepare sales report & follow up daily field visit as per tour plan.
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Have a continuous learning attitude.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
