Experience:

1 Year+ in Supervising Role

• Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, outlet appearance and cost control

• Cash Counter Handling and Bill Management

• Coordinating and assisting kitchen team to ensure timely food service and delivery

• Ensure all restaurant staffs including Kitchen and Service teams maintain appropriate dress code and 100% punctuality with duty times

• ⁠Ensure timely procurement of all kinds of groceries and bazars.

• Must ensure 100% transparency in it.⁠Keeping record and held accountable for inventory consumption, stock in and stock out accurately.

• Provide immediate and prompt resolution to customer complaints

• ⁠Handling POS, cash and digital transactions from customers (as substitute to cashier when required)

• Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.⁠

• Must have basic computer knowledge.

• ⁠Ability to handle difficult situations and any sort of customer query⁠

• Courteous & efficient telephone manner.

• Salary: TK 15,000+ (Depending on Caliber & Experience)

• Additional Facility: Lunch & Dinner Facility
