Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, outlet appearance and cost control
Coordinating and assisting kitchen team to ensure timely food service and delivery
Ensure all restaurant staffs including Kitchen and Service teams maintain appropriate dress code and 100% punctuality with duty times
Ensure timely procurement of all kinds of groceries and bazars.
Must ensure 100% transparency in it.Keeping record and held accountable for inventory consumption, stock in and stock out accurately.
Provide immediate and prompt resolution to customer complaints
Handling POS, cash and digital transactions from customers (as substitute to cashier when required)
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle difficult situations and any sort of customer query
Courteous & efficient telephone manner
