bZm Graphics is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Telesales Executive – USA/EU Process- Night Shift to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outbound calls, and supporting business growth through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing USA/EU -based customers to promote company products and services.
Introduce new services, special promotions, and value-added offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce bZm Graphics services
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the marketing and sales pipeline
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
Support marketing campaigns through direct outreach activities
Achieve weekly and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
