• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Journalism
• Diploma in Business Studies in Marketing

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Hotel, Group of Companies, Satellite TV, Resort, Online Newspaper/ News Portal

• Age 18 to 28 years
• Only Female

• Must have 50,000+ followers on at least one platform: Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bangla.

• The candidate must have a strong personal brand and public speaking ability.

• The candidate must be smart and presentable.

• Act as the face and voice of the company both online and offline.

• Going live from different online platforms to promote the service & product.

• Create and share engaging content on social media platforms.

• Perform market research and identify branding trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop promotional campaigns.

• Maintain a consistent brand tone and image across all channels.

• Support the team in client acquisition strategies and lead generation.

• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and audience feedback.

• Influencer-level presence and storytelling ability.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

• Team leadership capabilities.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Solid understanding of branding, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

• Proficiency in digital tools and basic analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc).
