Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Entertaining guests after they arrive at the office (e.g. providing tea, breakfast)
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitor
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Support other departments with clerical duties when required.
