About this Role:

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, you’ll ensure that guests and clients feel welcomed and supported. Your role involves coordinating front desk activities, from handling inquiries to distributing correspondence and managing schedules.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-stocked with necessary materials.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone

  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the

  • reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
