• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE,ETE or Diploma in Engineering in Computer, Electronics, Electrical

• At least 1 year

• At least 3 years of commitment with the company.

• Above 1 year of Experience in ATM/CRM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred.

• Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills. Hardworking, possess` dedication towards responsibilities.

• Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to work extra time as and when required and Ability to work under pressure.

• Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/ACRM/RCDM/CASH Counting Machine/POS Support Team, Technical Support Dept.

• Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/ACRM/RCDM/CASH Counting Machine/POS, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, and Resolution with software and hardware.

• Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.

• Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients` requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.

• Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.

Job Location:

Dhaka (Dholaikhal, Farmgate-Banglamotor, Savar, Mirpur-Kalshi), Cumilla (Kandirpar), Gazipur, Cox`s Bazar, Shariatpur, Narayanganj, Sylhet.

• T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance.
