- 3-5 years of experience in market research, lead generation, B2B sales research (BPO preferred)
- Strong internet research skills with ability to use company websites, LinkedIn, directories, and news sources effectively
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (filters, basic formulas, simple reports) and CRM or ATS tools
- Comfortable working with weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through on research tasks
- Excellent Fluency both in English and Bangla.

About this Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive whose primary focus will be customer-centric functions, lead generation, and business expansion. Core responsibility will be engaging with customers, understanding their needs, conducting market research, and converting opportunities into business growth along with small parts of documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities
Generate leads through client visits, cold calling, networking, and ongoing market analysis
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into confirmed clients
Maintain strong customer engagement by communicating confidently and professionally
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to strengthen business strategy
Build meaningful and long-term business relationships to support client acquisition and retention.
Present solutions according to customer needs and promote company products/services effectively.
Support documentation related tasks when required
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical) to meet client requirements
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry interactions
Collect customer feedback and share recommendations to improve service quality
