Requirements:

• We encourage freshers to apply, but a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, will be appreciated.

• Post-graduation degree completed from any reputed university in Bangladesh.

• Strong knowledge of various geographical regions of Bangladesh, with preference given to candidates familiar with the Chittagong and Mymensingh areas.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.

• Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Executive – Bill Department under Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle conveyance bill settlements and ensure accurate processing within specified timelines.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing transactions and procedures.

• Analyze billing data to identify trends and suggest process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to billing and conveyance.

• Any other task assigned by the management

• T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
