Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and update stock inventory status.
Oversee store management activities and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry in ERP system: handle requisitions, material receiving, material issues, vendor invoices, customer invoices, sales orders, internal consumption, etc.
Receive demands from SBUs and fulfill them according to necessity.
Track wrong supply and return spare parts reports.
Prepare damage and non-moving items reports.
Track requisition versus delivery performance
