Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 1–3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing web-based business applications, ERP systems, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good knowledge of test case design techniques and defect management processes.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Understanding of SQL and database validation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Garments Industry Software.
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
- Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand complex business workflows and convert them into test scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic interns who want to build a career in ERP implementation and business solutions. The intern will work closely with the implementation team to learn business processes, ERP configuration, testing, and client support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual testing for web-based ERP applications and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and system testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and Support Teams.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
- Participate in requirement review sessions to identify potential quality risks.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and release validation.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance software quality standards.
