Responsibilities & Context:
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘀:
Need to have in-depth knowledge about sales & customer support processes.
Customer Support should be provided from home for two nights a week.
Manage and support existing clients and generate new clients to try through direct sales.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, and collecting subscription bills.
Identifies service improvement, and market analysis and follows competitors business policy analyzing and summarizing information.
Prepare & maintain client database
