∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant, and energetic individual to join our customer service and sales support team, primarily focusing on customer support and sales administration. Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to client inquiries via phone and email as well as providing essential assistance with various administrative tasks for our team. You should be comfortable with various software applications, including CRM ticketing software, and Microsoft Office 365 (comprehensive training will be provided). You will be responsible for communicating with customers, accurate data entry, maintaining records in our systems, and completing a broad range of administrative tasks. We are particularly interested in talented individuals with robust customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
