Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Communication: Communicate effectively in both German and English, ensuring clear and accurate responses to customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
∎ Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
∎ Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
∎ Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
∎ Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve cross-functional issues.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and language skills to enhance service quality and efficiency.
∎ Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
∎ Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with German-speaking customers, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
∎ Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to improve language proficiency, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities, trends, and performance metrics to management.
∎ Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the customer service team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
