Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including product listing, pricing, order flow, promotions, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate best-selling vs low-selling product reports with strategic solutions.
  • Optimize product placement, content accuracy, UX, and visual presentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to increase organic traffic and search ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor tracking, backlink strategy, and SEO performance audits.
  • Use Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Click Tracking, Add-to-Cart funnel tracking, and Behavior Reports for performance insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly analytics reports on traffic, audience, acquisition, conversion, and ROI.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube & TikTok.
  • Manage paid ads, retargeting, remarketing funnels, and optimize CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Implement email/SMS/push marketing for engagement and customer retention.
  • Manage and operate Magento, Shopify, WordPress & CMS platforms for store updates and performance improvement.
  • Work with basic MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, and web troubleshooting for enhancements.
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and vendors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Analyze operational cost burners and recommend process improvements to increase profitability.
