About Us
We are a fashion retail company relocating our Master Data Team locally to enhance operations and build a world-class data management unit. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team that values precision, collaboration, and innovation.
Create purchase orders (PO) through SAP, issue them, and track them with suppliers worldwide
Ensure accuracy of PO details, including quantity, specifications, and pricing
Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
Ensure all purchase orders adhere to company policies and international trade regulations
Work closely with Buying Team in Europe and Merchandising Team locally in order to align procurement activities with company needs
Updating shopping list and product details in PLM
Creating ad-hoc and regular reports
Working with the client on reporting automation
Taking part in meetings with Client/Supplier
Responding to Client needs/requests/inquiries
