Responsibilities & Context:
Configure and maintenance of software, MikroTik, switch & any kind of router operational functions, scanner, and network printer etc.·
Install and maintenance of Operating System, computer hardware, networks & LAN Setup.
Experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring and troubleshooting.
Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.·
Determining IT budget and equipment needs. Set up new users` accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Work closely with the other team members with a positive team player attitude.
Provide desktop and Network support·
Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops/Wi-Fi Network Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops/Wi-Fi Devices.
Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops Fault-finding to laptops and desktops/Wi-Fi Networks Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktops, Networks and laptops.
Making of Cat 5 e network cables were necessary·
Need to know how to setup CCTV/IP Camera & Access Control.
