• Analyze local fashion trends to develop new design concepts.

• Conduct structured brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.

• Develop and present compelling stories, sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and themes for seasonal collections.

• Forecast trends and assist in preparing seasonal Range Plans.

• Ensure all artworks, prints, and layouts are production-ready and technically accurate.

• Guide the product development team to ensure efficient sample development and timely approvals.

• Justify design ideas, trends, and directions through data and market intelligence.
