Responsibilities & Context:
Create original design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and themes.
Prepare detailed sketches (hand/digital) and tech packs.
Conduct market research on global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
Present trend forecasts and design direction to management.
Ensure cost-effective material selection without compromising quality.
Ensure timely sample development and quality standards.
Review samples and provide technical corrections.
Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams.
Ensure design feasibility for bulk production.
Foster creativity and innovation within the team.
Maintain proper documentation and design archives.
