∎ Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate from a reputed university or A
∎ Levels.
∎ Typing Speed: 40-60 WPM.
∎ Language Skills: Fluent in listening and spoken Bangla & English, good at written
∎ Bangla & English.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

∎ The Call Center Executive will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary support to maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to perform under pressure.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
∎ Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding company services.
∎ Ensure quality customer service through hotline support.
∎ Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Work as part of a team to meet customer service goals.
∎ Adhere to roster-based duty schedules, including government holidays.
