Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations & E-commerce Executive with a strong pharmacy-related educational background and practical experience in retail pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medication dispensing, patient interaction, and inventory control, along with exposure to sales operations, e-commerce platforms, or call center management. This role bridges clinical pharmacy practice with digital healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations
Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with national regulatory standards and prescription validity guidelines.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and adherence.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock management of pharmaceutical products.
Monitor expiry, batch tracking, and Pharmacovigilance reporting where applicable.
E-commerce & Order Management
Handle online medicine orders through digital platforms and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Verify prescriptions digitally before order confirmation.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain digital records of transactions and customer interactions.
Call Center & Customer Support
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to medicine orders, health queries, and service support.
Provide professional consultation support within the scope of pharmacy practice.
Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Sales & Business Operations
Support pharmacy sales targets through effective communication and service delivery.
Upsell OTC products responsibly based on patient needs.
Analyze sales trends and contribute to business growth strategies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to national drug regulatory authority guidelines (e.g., DGDA compliance).
Maintain confidentiality of patient data and ensure ethical practices.
Support SOP implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
Shift Timing:
Morning Shift: 8 am - 3 pm
Evening Shift: 3 pm - 10 pm
Night Shift: 10 pm - 8 am
