Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS Degree from any reputed medical college with BMDC registration

Specialized training and certification in one of the following areas:

• General Physician: Minimum 2 years post-internship training

• Maternity Coach: Minimum 6 months training in gynecology and obstetrics

• Diabetologist: CCD or equivalent certification in diabetes

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 28 years

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Bangladesh

• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and technologies

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla

• Ability to work independently collaboratively & Under pressure within a team

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle situations instantly

• Good behavior, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach

• Cultivates a supportive, positive team environment

About the Role:

As a Telemedicine Doctor, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare, offering consultations, diagnosing conditions, and creating effective treatment plans—all through the power of telemedicine technology. Whether you’re guiding patients through their healthcare journey or collaborating with a dynamic team, you’ll ensure our patients receive the best care without having to leave their homes.

Shift Timing:

• Morning Shift: 8 am - 3 pm

• Evening Shift: 3 pm - 10 pm

• Night Shift: 10 pm - 8 am

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct telemedicine consultations with patients remotely

• Review and interpret patient medical histories and symptoms

• Provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans remotely

• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventions

• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists as needed

• Stay updated on medical advancements and telemedicine best practices

• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are upheld according to legal and ethical standards

• Offer guidance and support to patients regarding their healthcare needs

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve clinical skills

• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally

• Utilize telemedicine technology effectively during consultations
