Job Descriptions / Responsibility

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Managing the sales of vehicle tracking (GPS Tracking).

  • Regular market visit area wise, maintain strong relationship with the corporate client, channel partners and ensure effective sales number from prospective lead.

  • Ensure sales target achievement monthly, quarterly, with necessary planning and execution of planning to meet the target.

  • Responsible for effective sales lead development, and ensure adequate contribution of sales from the market.

  • Prepare & maintain regular sales report, proper follow up for existing and new client.

  • Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract, conversion of prospects to customers and sales service to be providing by the customer service department.

  • Collect correct lead from channel partners and keep follow-up for sales.
