∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges·
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and target oriented.
∎ Must be fluent, Smart, Energetic & Presentable (Dedicated to working).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft office) and telephone systems.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibility.
∎ Ability to learn about companies and services and describe/explain them to customers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our company or service using scripts.
∎ Answer questions about company policy or the company's terms & Conditions.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and property enlisting.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ Keep records of calls and prospects and note useful information.
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting Inventory quota preferably over the phone.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
