Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls related to inquiries about training programs, courses, schedules, and pricing
∎ Provide information regarding the curriculum, instructors, and the training center's facilities
∎ Address customer concerns or issues related to course registration, payment processes, or technical issues related to online training platforms
∎ Help customers select the right training programs based on their goals and skill level
∎ Offer basic troubleshooting assistance for technical issues students might face during online learning
∎ Respond to questions about class schedules, availability, duration, and different learning modes
∎ Clarify queries about payment methods, course materials, and course prerequisites
∎ Report feedback on course quality, instructors, and the learning platform to management to improve the quality of services
