Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network hardware (routers,switches,OLT,firewalls)
Configure and Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN. Configure Customer Network Devices.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of FTTx Network (Different brand OLT,ONU configuration and Troubleshoot).
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
MTCNA.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Installing new Fiber Links, Identify wire and cable colors.
- Working with latest tools like Tourch, Power Meter etc. Maintenance and troubleshooting on existing cables, malfunctioning cables.
- Running splicing Machine, He have to learn to cut and splice fiber optic cables, locate problem areas and perform other repairs needed.
- Inspecting fiber roots and hub sites as preventive maintenance. Ensuring all attended site are clearly labeled.
- Locating faults and mobilizing resources within minimal time to counter fault.
- Restoring links within 2 hours or less depending on the critically.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends or on emergency call outs as required. Capable to travel and duty anywhere in Bangladesh.
