Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Direct or Indirect Purchase from Source
∎ To communicate with suppliers through e-mail, phone and other media.
∎ To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decision.
∎ To keep up to date data and information for all purchased materials.
∎ Coordinate with others in the same roof and ensure proper feedback related to purchase.
∎ To ensure filling, mailing and other purchasing correspondences as per rules.
∎ To verify Tariff, VAT, Tax and other customs and excise as and when required.
∎ To Process of all items purchase materials.
∎ Overall follow up all local sourcing items like as Local Raw Materials, Construction items, Spare Parts Purchase & Service,
∎ To liaison with Govt. office as and when required.
∎ To verify products code as per international standard as stated by the management.
∎ Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
∎ Maintain complete update purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
∎ Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
∎ Coordinate with Head Office, Project In charge and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
∎ Handling and monitoring of claims to Suppliers / vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase / work order and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to instructed place.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to drive Motorcycle with up-to-date driving license.
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in any Group of Company and related field will be an additional advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
