Responsibilities & Context

Alliance Global are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Marketing Executive who can effectively engage customers both online and offline. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers through strong communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person meetings

• Convince potential customers and close sales using effective negotiation skills

• Manage and respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments promptly

• Create and maintain strong customer relationships

• Promote products/services through online platforms and field marketing activities

• Visit potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities

• Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales

Context:

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base by working both in digital platforms and physical markets. This position requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convince customers effectively.
