Responsibilities & Context:

• Promote overseas job vacancies to attract suitable candidates.

• Create and publish job advertisements on social media, job portals, and other marketing channels.

• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates.

• Counsel candidates about job roles, salary, duty hours, benefits, and visa process.

• Coordinate interview schedules and inform candidates about date, time, and required documents.

• Assist candidates with documentation such as CV, passport, medical, and other requirements.

• Communicate with foreign employers, agents, and recruitment partners regarding manpower demand.

• Achieve monthly and project-based recruitment and marketing targets.

• Conduct market research on manpower demand, salary trends, and competitor activities.

• Visit others Travels Agency, institutes, and field areas to source candidates.

• Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and follow-up records.

• Coordinate closely with processing, visa, and operations teams.

• Promote company brand image and maintain transparency and trust with candidates.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and recruitment reports.

• Independently shoot and create advertisement promotion content (photos and videos) for job marketing.
