About the Role:

The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, maintaining smooth communication with professionals, and supporting overall branch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Handle phone calls, messages, and appointments courteously

• Achieve sales target.

• Maintain client records, documentation, and office correspondence

• Coordinate with professionals and departments for smooth communication

• Support administrative and daily operational activities
