About the Role:
LifeSpring Consultancy Limited is seeking smart, organized, and personable Front Desk Executives for our Panthapath and Banani branches. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, maintaining smooth communication with professionals, and supporting overall branch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Handle phone calls, messages, and appointments courteously
Achieve sales target.
Maintain client records, documentation, and office correspondence
Coordinate with professionals and departments for smooth communication
Support administrative and daily operational activities
Ensure a neat, organized, and pleasant reception area
Assist in basic promotional or event support when required
