About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities with corporations. This role is essential for expanding our reach and enabling more organizations to access meaningful mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft professional proposals, concept notes, and business documents tailored to client needs.
Maintain and update documentation, templates, and case studies for efficient proposal development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, NGOs, and institutions.
Deliver impactful client presentations, pitches, and reports.
Ensure clear, persuasive, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with the clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align client solutions.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Suggest ideas to strengthen LifeSpring’s market positioning.
