Job Description
New Asia Group seeks a talented BI Developer to join the development team! The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and the entire suite of Microsoft 365 Tools. You'll be responsible for designing and building Power BI reports and Excel Dashboards that extract insights from the organization's various systems, including ERP, HRMS, Accounting and more. Your background should demonstrate experience in BI development and implementation, data architecture, and data warehouse implementation.
Job Responsibilities
§ Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating ERP, HRMS, Finance, Manufacturing, and other enterprise systems.
§ Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation from multiple data sources.
§ Design and maintain enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting.
§ Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive reports, and self-service BI solutions.
§ Create advanced Excel dashboards and analytical models using Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and dynamic reporting techniques.
§ Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to ensure high-performance reporting and analytics.
§ Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights to support business decision-making.
§ Implement data governance, data quality, master data management (MDM), and security controls including Row-Level Security (RLS).
§ Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
§ Evaluate and implement emerging BI, AI, cloud, and analytics technologies to support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
