Required Skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a BI report developer and experience of working with Power BI and Advanced Excel.

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.§  Experience in REST API development.

• Experience in API integration from mobile apps.§  Good understanding of database design and SQL.

• Experience with Oracle database.

• Knowledge of Spring Security and JWT authentication.

• Experience with Git version control.

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App & Backend Developer with experience in Flutter mobile app development and Java Spring Boot backend development. The candidate will work on enterprise software projects such as HRMS, Payroll, attendance, approval workflow, and business automation applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.

• Develop REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs.

• Design and manage database tables, queries, and relationships.

• Implement authentication, authorization, JWT, and role-based access control.

• Work with Oracle / SQL Server databases.

• Debug and fix mobile app and backend issues.

• Optimize API performance and database queries.

• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements.

• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-structured code.

• Support testing, deployment, and production issue fixing when required.
