Job Context: The incumbent will work in the Marketing Department of New Asia Limited (fabric manufacturer), a sister concern of New Asia Group, and will be responsible for marketing and business development of synthetic yarn and fabric products in local and international markets. The role involves maintaining strong buyer relationships, handling order negotiations, and coordinating with production, commercial, planning, and quality teams for smooth order execution. The position also requires market analysis, pricing strategy development, and identification of new business opportunities to support sales growth and market expansion.
Brief Job Description:
Managing overall marketing and business development activities for synthetic yarn and fabric products in local & international markets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sourcing offices, agents, and business partners to ensure long-term business growth.
Handling buyer communications regarding product development, pricing, order negotiation, sample approval, delivery schedules, and order execution.
Coordinating with production, planning, commercial, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer requirements.
Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Preparing cost sheets, product quotations, consumption analysis, and pricing strategies in coordination with relevant departments.
Developing marketing strategies and promotional plans to increase product visibility, sales performance, and market expansion.
Maintaining regular follow-up with existing buyers while identifying and developing new customers and export markets.
Assisting in sourcing raw materials, new product development, fabric innovations, and sample development based on market demand and buyer requirements.
Preparing marketing reports, sales forecasts, order analysis, and business performance reports for management review.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and international business standards throughout marketing operations.
Supporting management in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business objectives of the organization.
