2+ Years’ experience with Laravel and Vue js, Graphics Design, Hardware & Networking, Laravel Framework, Linux platforms, Server Management, Software Engineering

Job Context:
∎ Working on software development projects, either individually or as a lead of a team, to create new software or improve existing software.
∎ Collaborating with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop software solutions that meet those requirements.
∎ Using programming languages, software development tools, and frameworks to write and test code for software applications.
∎ Troubleshooting and debugging code to identify and fix errors or issues that arise during the software development process.
∎ Conducting code reviews and testing to ensure software is of high quality and meets project requirements.
∎ Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and programming languages, and continuously learning new skills and techniques to improve software development practices.
∎ Participating in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, which require regular meetings and feedback with other team members.
∎ Working in a fast-paced and often deadline-driven environment, with an emphasis on delivering quality software in a timely manner.
∎ Communicating with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
∎ Maintaining code documentation and contributing to project documentation to ensure that software projects can be easily maintained and supported.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and success.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including software development, project management, and customer support.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of software developers, project managers, and other staff to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflows.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for software development projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
∎ Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend new strategies and tools to improve company operations.
∎ Work with HR to recruit and hire new staff as needed, and oversee the on-boarding and training of new hires.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
