Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Execute the company’s vision and operational strategy.

  • Develop long-term operational plans for all divisions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

  • Support leadership in investment and project decisions.

2. Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of:

Logistics

  • Fleet management

  • Distribution and supply chain

  • Warehouse operations

  • Route optimization

Dredging

  • government project execution

  • Equipment and vessel management

  • Site productivity

  • Environmental compliance

Construction

  • Government projects implementation

  • Project timelines and cost control

  • Contractor management

  • Quality assurance

  • Budget analysis 

Agro Export (Seafood Processing Factory)

  • Sourcing from farmers and suppliers

  • Processing and packaging

  • Factory operations.

  • export documentations 

  • International buyer coordination

 

3. Financial Performance

  • Ensure profitability of each business unit.

  • Control operational costs and improve margins.

  • Work with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Evaluate capital investments such as vessels, equipment, and logistics assets.

 

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor senior managers across divisions.

  • Build high-performance teams.

  • Develop leadership pipelines within the organization.

  • Ensure clear accountability and reporting structures.

 

5. Process Improvement

  • Establish SOPs across all business units.

  • Improve operational efficiency.

  • Introduce digital systems and reporting dashboards.

  • Monitor performance KPIs.

 

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.

  • Manage legal, environmental, and operational risks.

  • Maintain workplace safety and quality standards.

 

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with clients, partners, suppliers, and government agencies.

  • Support tender submissions and major contract negotiations.

  • Represent the company in key operational discussions.
