Experience:

Training in Factory Act compliance and statutory regulations
Certification in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) will be an added advantage
Training in Security Management
Strong understanding of factory laws, labor laws, factory regulations, environmental compliance, and statutory requirements
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with government authorities, local communities, and key external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to represent the company confidently in official and public forums
Ability to handle sensitive issues, disputes, and grievances effectively and diplomatically
Strong leadership and team management skills
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Lead and manage overall plant administration functions effectively
Supervise housekeeping, canteen, and utility services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage plant security operations, including gate control, access management, and surveillance systems
Supervise and monitor performance of security personnel and related contractors
Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Ensure compliance with applicable local laws, factory regulations, and labor laws
Liaise with government authorities, labor office, police station, and local administration as required
Maintain and update all required licenses, statutory permits, and compliance documentation.
Assist the HR Department in recruitment of plant employees
Oversee employee attendance and leave management issues in coordination with HR
Support HR in implementing corporate HR initiatives at plant level
Assist and provide required documentation to HR for payroll processing and related activities
Manage company pool vehicles and transportation arrangements
Oversee employee transportation and logistics support services
Identify, appoint, and manage vendors for administration-related services
Ensure timely processing of departmental bills, invoices, and related documentation
Handle grievances related to administrative services and resolve issues effectively
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, labor office, police, and local administration
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance documentation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders
Address external issues, community concerns, and handle crisis management when required
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
