Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Electro Mechanical installation activities. Specialized on Fire Fighting system and Ventilation system to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
In-depth knowledge of Fire Fighting system and Ventilation system design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (eg. BNBC, NEC, NFPA) is essential.
Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.
To prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Demonstrated experience in managing electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, team members, and contractors effectively.
To emphasis on quality control and assurance to ensure that electromechanical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.
Ability to generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of Electro Mechanical works
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Fire Fighting and Ventilation system installations.
Identifying and fixing issues with Firefighting, Ventilation and other Electro mechanical equipment.
Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measurement of works done, Checking bill of Electro Mechanical works.
Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel and ensuring full compliance with relevant safety regulations.
