Job Context

Swan Properties Ltd., a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, is seeking a motivated Executive (BOQ) to join our Estimating & Billing team. The selected candidate will assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets, gaining hands-on experience in construction estimation and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals eager to grow in the construction industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to extract accurate data.

  • Prepare precise quantity take-offs for construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, cement, sand, etc.

  • Assist in preparing BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates.

  • Research and analyze current market prices for materials, equipment, and labor.

  • Develop cost breakdowns and maintain project estimation reports.

  • Coordinate with senior estimators and project engineers to finalize project budgets.

  • Ensure all estimation work is accurate, consistent, and compliant with company standards.
