• Master`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 15 years

• Age At most 50 years

• 15 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in top-level leadership position, with reputed real estate companies.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, regulations, and consumer behavior in Bangladesh.
• Proven track record in successfully managing both operations and sales functions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company with support from all functional units (Architecture, Engineering, Logistics, Legal & Regulatory etc.)

• Manage directly the Marketing & Sales teams, and achieve aggressive sales targets for various real estate projects.

• Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management across operations.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Management in strategic planning and to align operational and marketing goals with overall business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in both operations and sales/marketing departments.
