- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, regulations, and consumer behavior in Bangladesh.
- Proven track record in successfully managing both operations and sales functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities & Context:
Labaid Properties, the preeminent real estate company & a sister-concern of Labaid, inviting applications from experienced professionals for the following full-time position:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company with support from all functional units (Architecture, Engineering, Logistics, Legal & Regulatory etc.)
Manage directly the Marketing & Sales teams, and achieve aggressive sales targets for various real estate projects.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management across operations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Management in strategic planning and to align operational and marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in both operations and sales/marketing departments.
