Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall "Finance and Accounts" operations of the organisation to maximize profitability.
∎ Preparation & implementation of annual budgets & ensuring budgetary control.
∎ Lead the Costing and Pricing exercises for projects and operations.
∎ Analyze business information and prepare project wise reports & recommendations for Top Management.
∎ Relationship management with Financial Institutions and raise necessary finances in coordination with Corporate Finance Department.
∎ Interact with internal & external auditors and regulatory bodies.
∎ Take active role in capital budgeting and asset management.
∎ Work closely with the Commercial & Supply chain processes for optimum result.
∎ Corporate and individual tax planning for finalization of assessment.
∎ Preparation of annual Tax return and Tax/VAT audit for business units.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax/VAT return in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Oversee employee-related TAX deduction, and tax return submission/filing.
∎ Attend hearing before the DCT, Appellate Commissioner & Appellate Tribunal, ADR & High Court for finalization of assessment.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Professional certification (CA/CMA Part qualified with ITP).
∎ Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with reputed real estate companies.
∎ Sound understanding of Financials, Accounting and TAX with hands-on experience in real estate companies.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
