o POS materials
o Presentation materials
o Event materials
Develop motion graphics and animated advertisements.
Edit promotional videos and reels.
Create project-launch campaign visuals.
Develop video animations for project features and facilities.
Maintain brand identity and visual consistency.
Prepare artwork according to required print/digital specifications.
Work closely with Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
Translate marketing concepts into compelling visual communication.
Support property exhibitions and sales events with creative materials.
Maintain organized design files and source materials.
Coordinate with external agencies, printers and production vendors.
Ensure quality control of all marketing creatives.
Research current design and advertising trends.
