Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile, Fashion, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
MBA in any discipline or Equivalent degree from any recognized institution either home or abroad
Academic Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates having prolonged backgroundin RMG operation.
12-18+ years of experience in denim/textile/apparel export business, preferably with significant international customer
exposure.
Strong existing network among global denim/apparel brands, retailers, buying houses or sourcing organizations.
Strong knowledge of denim manufacturing, fabric development, washing, garment production and international sourcing.
Strong commercial, negotiation and financial-management skills.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Purpose
Lead the company's global denim business by developing international customers, expanding market share, increasing sales and profitability, and building long-term relationships with global brands, retailers, buying houses, and garment manufacturers.
Job Location: Factory/ Corporate office
Key Responsibilities
Global Business Development
Develop and execute the company's international sales and business-development strategy.
Identify new markets, brands, retailers, buying houses, and strategic customers.
Build a strong international customer pipeline and convert prospects into long-term business.
Expand business across key markets such as the EU, UK, USA, Middle East and Asia.
Monitor denim-market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements and pricing.
Customer & Brand Management
Establish and maintain relationships with international denim brands and major garment manufacturers.
Understand customers' product, quality, sustainability, price and delivery requirements.
Lead customer negotiations on pricing, capacity, payment terms and commercial conditions.
Handle key-account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve major commercial/customer issues in coordination with production, quality and merchandising teams.
Sales & Commercial Performance
Develop annual sales, revenue and margin targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and manage the order pipeline.
Negotiate prices based on fabric costs, production costs, market conditions and required margins.
Monitor order profitability and identify opportunities to improve contribution margins.
Ensure timely conversion of inquiries, developments and samples into bulk orders.
Product & Market Development
Work closely with R&D, product development and washing teams to develop new denim collections.
Track trends in denim fabrications, washes, finishes, fits, sustainability and innovations.
Present seasonal collections and product innovations to international customers.
Develop value-added products such as recycled, organic, low-water, low-impact and other sustainable denim solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Merchandising, R&D, Quality, Washing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sustainability.
Ensure customer commitments are aligned with factory capacity and production capabilities.
Participate in production and capacity planning for strategic customers.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop strategic relationships with global brands, sourcing offices, buying houses and garment manufacturers.
Explore long-term supply agreements and strategic partnerships.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, customer meetings and industry events.
Strengthen the factory's international brand positioning.
