∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Technology

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ In total at least 20-year(s) experience required in 100% Export Oriented Washing in Bangladesh or Foreign Country.
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/ BODs;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having Experience more than 15 Years in Denim Bottom experience for foreign & local as well .
∎ Having good relationship with valued Customers like-ZARA, BESTSELLER, H&M, CK, M&S, PUMA, GAP, NIKE, Wal-Mart, Li & Fung, Levis including others renowned customer also.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings with buyers/customers to align on project status, sample approvals, and future developments.
∎ ZDHC compliance with chemical and wastewater follow up in production location.
∎ Oversee the entire washing plant operations (both dry & wet process), ensuring high efficiency, quality control & compliance with standards.
∎ Manage and lead a large team of workers, supervisors & technicians to meet production targets and maintain smooth operations.
∎ To take responsibility for cost preparation & negotiation with brands & engineering solutions for cost improvement.
∎ Develop quality standards, rules and regulations to achieve garment quality.
∎ Development & implement strategies to improve critical washes & new style to improve production processes and enhance operational efficiency at bulk level.
∎ Monitor production schedules, track performance and report on key operational metrics.
∎ To minimize wash rejection percentage as well as re-wash also.
∎ To work with foreign buying management such as Germany, UK, USA, Spain, and Local wash technicians as well sample developers.
∎ To minimize production cost by maintaining buyer quality standards.
∎ To ensure MRSL requirements of different buyer’s during Auxiliaries & Dyes requisitions.
∎ Ensure sustainable approaches on washing production by reducing water, chemicals & other resources consumption.
∎ At the same time maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment at Country & Foreign experience.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top Management also.
