Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing prefer)

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Have to Sale real estate product (Hotel Ownership)

• Achieve sales target given by the Management.

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate & home clients.

• Lead generate and regular effective follow-up.

• Must be able to work / lead a team as well as meet his own targets.

• Capable to negotiating price and payment schedules in Real Estate perspective.

• Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.

• Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.

• Prepare and submit daily works report to supervisor.

• Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work under pressure and long time.

• Ability & willingness to make at least one thousand phone call in a day.
